BAD HANDS CUSTOM ENGRAVING & CUSTOM 3D PRINTS — TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Bad Hands Custom Engraving & Custom 3D Prints. These Terms of Service apply to purchases, custom orders, and use of our website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

CUSTOM WORK

Bad Hands specializes in personalized and custom-created products. Depending on the project, our work may include engraving, woodworking, 3D printing, heat-transfer processes, forming, printing, fabrication, and combinations of multiple materials and production methods.

Because custom projects vary, availability, materials, production methods, pricing, and completion times may differ from project to project.

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding names, dates, wording, photographs, artwork, dimensions, colors, and other requested personalization.

We may contact you for additional information before beginning production.

When a design proof is provided, production may not begin until the customer approves the proof. Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the spelling, wording, layout, photographs, artwork, and other personalization shown.

Changes requested after approval or after production has begun may result in additional charges or additional production time.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT

By providing photographs, logos, artwork, text, designs, trademarks, or other content to Bad Hands, you represent that you own the content or have permission or legal authority to use it for the requested project.

Bad Hands reserves the right to decline projects containing material we reasonably believe we should not reproduce or that may violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

HANDCRAFTED AND NATURAL MATERIALS

Many Bad Hands products are individually made and may incorporate wood and other materials that naturally vary in grain, color, texture, knots, pattern, or appearance.

Minor differences between samples, photographs, proofs, and finished handcrafted products are normal and do not necessarily constitute defects.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices may vary according to materials, size, design complexity, personalization, production method, quantity, and other project requirements.

Any additional work or changes requested after an order has been approved may require additional payment.

Payment requirements, including any required deposit or full payment, will be communicated before or during the ordering process.

PRODUCTION AND COMPLETION TIMES

Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

Custom production may occasionally be affected by material availability, equipment issues, shipping delays, design revisions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays affecting an order.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Bad Hands' control.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations, corrections, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because personalized products are created specifically for individual customers, they generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind after production has begun.

If Bad Hands makes an error in producing an order that differs materially from the customer's approved design or order information, we will work with the customer toward an appropriate solution.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHS

Bad Hands will respect a customer's choice regarding the use of photographs of custom work when permission is specifically requested. Customer personal information will not intentionally be displayed publicly as part of product photography without appropriate permission.

WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and other information. Because many products are custom-made, examples shown on our website may represent previous work and may not be identical to a newly commissioned piece.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify offerings, or discontinue products or services when necessary.

LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bad Hands is not responsible for losses or delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including carrier delays, incorrect information supplied by a customer, or customer-approved design errors.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service as our business, services, and website evolve. The version published on our website at the time of an order will govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
